You know, it strikes me over and over how quickly my little girls are growing up. Olivia is almost 6 and will start first grad in the fall. I am amazed by how fast she grew up. Mia is 17 months old and likes to order us around. She is feisty, and quick. I am so in awe of everything that she is learning to do and how quikly she does it.
This is Mia in the car. She is watching a movie. She is so entranced that she has no idea that we snapped this picture. Also, as you may notice, both of my children have inherited the mouth-open profile from their daddy.

Mia enjoying her little scooter.

Mia and Olivia, each on a scooter. Olivia felt that her giraffe needed a more professional touch and gave him a tie.

Olivia and Mia working on making daddy pretty.

It took a LOT of work.

The finished product.

The girls sitting on top of Tony, hugging it out.

Mia crazy hair.

Mia playing in the laundry bin. She LOVES this.

This morning, Mia came to me with her hat and wanted it on. I obliged.

Rockin' the hat and pajamas look.

Mia would pose for the camera, say cheese and then, as soon as I snapped the pic, would move out of the shot. This is an example.

While it may look like Mia is telling me to empty the garbage can, she is actually pointing to her boots, which were on top of the island.

After giving her the boots, she dragged them into the living room and waited for us to put them on.

Mia has given up on the boots, and has decided to pose again.

Awwww.....

She's done with the camera and thinks it would be more fun to be upstairs. Bye-bye, Mia!
