"It never stops...."

Happy New Year! Olivia was asking about this. "Mommy, why is it Happy New Year?" So, I explained that we wish that everyone has a happy new year, because the new year is starting. So then, Olivia couldn't wait. "Mommy, is it happy new year today?" "Mommy, it's one day until happy new Year."

Speaking of Olivia, as I was somewhat frustrated with the never ending barage of questions and "mommy" "mommy" "mommy", I asked her why she never stops talking - why is it that your mouth is never closed? She answered, "Mommy, I can't stop it. It just keeps moving and moving and moving." At least she made me laugh. :-)

So - what is your resolution this year? Do you have one? I will be working on me. I need to be more interesting. I feel like I never have anything to talk about, and have a hard time holding conversations, so, along with losing weight (50 lbs, at least this year) and changing my attitude, I am going to work on what I like. I need to find that again.

Let me know what your resolution is - I love to hear from you! Meanwhile, enjoy some pictures and video. Santa brought me a flip video for Christmas, so we will probably have more video than ever now.

This is the Turtle Cheesecake I made for Christmas Dessert. It actually tasted as good (if not better) than it looks! Yay me!!Ahhhh.... sisterly love....Mia, my little fairy princess in heals. The girls received a box of six pairs of princess shoes from Santa and they love to tromp around in them making lots of noise.
